To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vega-D Ltd and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of Prism.
8. Termination
8.1 Grounds for Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to Prism immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.
8.2 Consequences
Upon termination, your right to use Prism will immediately cease. We may delete or retain your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bulgaria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11.2 Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Prism shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The arbitration shall take place in Plovdiv, Bulgaria, and shall be conducted in the English language.
